If you are referring to the cat tracking the litter out of the box, or kicking it out, then perhaps you should invest in a taller litter box, or even a covered one.

Has nothing to do with ''being mad'', perhaps the litter box is just not big enough for him.

Best I can tell you're asking how to stop the cat from kicking all the litter out the box. Some cats are just more aggressive diggers than others. They are not trying to make a mess, it's just their instincts that tell them to cover their waste so they can't be found by predators in the wild. Try a litter box with higher sides - but not so high that it's difficult for him to get in. You can try a box with a cover, but most cats do not like a covered box. You can always spread lots of newspaper under the box to make clean up easier as well. Experiment with different amounts of litter. If there's only a small amount, there is less to fling around, but it may not be enough for him to feel like he's covered it adequately. If there is a good amount, say 6 inches in the box, it may be enough that he feels he's properly covered it and he may not dig so vigorously if he feels like it cannot be detected.

Some people have put things like huh? or wtf? But I understand what your trying to say...so, it would all depend on how old your cat is, my cats do this occasionally but they are quite young, the thing is, if your cat does this at a young age then he's just playing and he'll grow out of the habit, if he is an older aged cat then maybe he just isn't used to having to use the litter box because he is used to going outside, I would also attempt getting a litterbox with a lid on it because some cats of all ages get carried away when covering their poo, this is all to do with their instinct of covering their poo so predators will not be able to track them in the wild, these are just my ideas of what I think is happening, if you are still not satisfied then go and ask your local veterinary service.

Get a covered litter box. That will keep the cat from scratching the stuff out of the box. Then put a cheap rug or carpet remnant in front of the box to keep him from tracking the litter. If you use scoopable litter you should clean it every other day. If you use regular clay litter just dump it and put new in once a week. Kitty needs about 2" to be comfortable. If the box gets too dirty he may "go" on your pillow. Then you know he's mad.

Ok first off, alot of people will have a problem reading this question because you have really bad grammar. I'm not making fun of your or anything, Im just saying you wont get many good answers..

Anyways, I think you said that you dont put alot of litter in the litterbox? And when he uses it after you put new litter in it he gets mad at you???

If so, he's probably mad because you dont change his litter very often and dont keep it clean. Cats like their litterbox to be clean and if its not clean enough to them..they wont use it...It's like us using the toilet with lots n lots of waste in it...How would you like to use a toilet like that? Well, now you know how your cat feels..

Also, if he kicks the litter out of the box..You can either buy a litterbox that is deeper than the one you have, or buy a mat from Walmart at the cat section. It has a kitty face on it and like little plastic prongs poking out of it *Im not sure what its called but I know its grey!* This will help catch the litter that he kicks out of the litterbox and help catch the loose litter that is on his paws.

Try to get two litterboxes if you can, this might help..If not just buy a scoop and scoop out the clumps in the litterbox everyday and make sure you clean the litterbox ATLEAST once a week...

Get a box with a top on it. Some cats just get carried away when covering their poo.

Same thing happened with "IT". Cats are territorial about Their bathroom privilages, and You just got in the way. I put "IT"'s tray (6 inch deep plastic wash basin) in one of the laundry cupboards. Problem solved.

in case you pass to a puppy shop, they have liquid sprays that wreck down the enzymes of the urine, so it won't scent any further. Stink Finder is one i take advantage of. or you've gotten somebody come out and steam clean your settee.
