sounds like panic attacks or a panic disorder if you worry about the next time its going to happen.
for a drug cure: xanax or xanax xr
for a non drug cure: greater self confidence and being comfortable with yourself. You can do this slowly by things like self-affirmation, mindfulness with yoga, reducing stress in your life, and exercise. You may need the medicines to allow yourself time to get on top of the situation until your in a place to handle it. This can take days, months, or years.
Feel free to email me, I couldnt figure out from your question how long this has been going on or how severe it is.

Whatever you do, do not start taking drugs to cope with the anxiety. It might be a fix, but it is temporary and then later down the road you will have 2 problems to deal with!

These sound like symptoms of panic attacks.

You should speak to your doctor and have him/her recommend a therapist.
