I have a hog problem on my private land. They are coming in at night and tearing up my land.

I also live in Arkansas, Here is the Game and Fish "the game warden`s" regulations on hogs. If you`re in doubt after reading the regulations I always ask a game warden in person you can usually find one around the sherriff`s office. Hopes this helps.

Hogs may be taken on private lands at *any* time as long as you have permission from the landowner....on your land, have fun and shoot straight!
On public lands, you are free to shoot hogs during *any* open hunting season as long as the weapon and ammo is legal during that season and you follow all the rules of that season. As an example, during open archery deer season, if you bag a hog, it's perfectly legal.

I'm not sure about AR but here in MO you can take hogs on private land by
any means and anytime
