hey all i need some major help.i went to jail for criminal sexual conduct for 3 months,i am finally out on bond.i am basically forced to take a plea they are offering,cuz they wont give me no defense.they wont even let me have a medical examiner examine the person so i can prove my innonce.i would only have to do 6 months.my concern is,i don't know what the laws are about me seeing my son,can someone please help,and if u can,please post the link where i can see the info for myself.thank you

If you were convicted of a sex crime, it would be a condition of your release that you have no contact with children whatsoever. If you are entitled to see your son at all it would be under strict supervision.

If "they won't give you no defense" its because you can afford to pay for your own. Do so.
