all jr wants is some part in the business that his dad started he dont feel he has to sign contracts and be told what to do by tressa and i believe there are many people that will agree with me jr his sis kelli and his brother kerry should sue tressa and get thier share of the company .
AND NO JR DONT LIKE TRESSA .

Teresa Earnhardt involves herself very little with the racing side of the DEI organization--she is concerned with the business end. Dale Earnhardt Jr wanted more of a share in the ownership of the company (52%), but didn't get it.
However, his decision to leave DEI had more to do with getting a satisfactory driver's contract and better equipment, than it did with his relationship with Teresa.
Junior never let the business and family matters interfere with his ability to race. If you were to take away the six blown engines, and the 100 point penalty, you could see that Dale Earnhardt Jr has been impressive this year.

Well that is what you call selfish son!! He is greedy and money hungry, doesn't seem as if he cares about anyone other than himself. Would you like him if you were married to his dad? He should'nt get half of the business after all if it weren't for his dad Junor would be no where....And i still think he would be very disappointed in him and the way he selfishly handled everything....
Could very easilly work this way as well (and better so in my opinion)

Dale Jr and the Teresa battle has gone back along way, they never got along from the very beginning, when he and kelley came back to live with them when they were little.. Its like Jr says, their relationship is no bed of roses....I have heard they have not even spoken since he made the announcement that he was leaving DEI.. Well after this season, he is going to HMS, and his wicked stepmom will be back at DEI.. I hope she chokes when he starts winning races, and beats DEI drivers on the track......Let 2008 begin......Go Dale Jr Go...

He is acting like a spoiled little boy instead of a MAN. If he doesn't get his way ( 51 % ) he is going to runaway. He needs to grow up. Also, 51 % is not his. He does have brothers and sisters who deserve some of that company too.

The other DEI cars don't blow up. Doesn't that say that everyones hero (DUFUS) is not the best driver?

No, it's been said he doesn't like her but, has always in the past had respect for her since she was married to his dad.
Also, he wants all the internet chat about her to stop because of the effects it has on Taylor.
