In 10 years? Well in 10 years I bet there will be no solid discs.. You will buy the console, and it will have like over 1 terabyte of storage.. You will just purchase all of your games from an online store and they'll be stored on your console. Beyond that consoles will become more and more of an entertainment center. You will also buy all your movies from the online store on your console. They will also be stored on your console. The graphics will obviously be vastly better in 10 years. In terms of virtual reality I don't see it happening in 10 years.

First off, the Playstation 4 will probably be out in around 12 years, not the PS10 (each PS has lasted about 10 years.) I expect we will have some technologies such as "augmented reality" integrated into game consoles by then. (this is a program which is used with a camera, integrating a person or other variables into the video game, kind of like the eyetoy, but with better response. (this technology already exists, but is very expensive, yet is actually expected to be integrated into the ps3's PSEye, but it hasn't fully been confirmed yet. Also, I believe that graphics will be CGI rendered in real time, and I imagine the audio will also be better.
Another posibilty is controlling games with your mind, where you think it, and it happens in game, though this technology is also already existent, but is still in its alpha stages, and won't be fully ready for a while.
The ideology of downloading your games directly onto a console, also wouldn't be practical, internet speeds would never be fast enough to download massive video games, by next year Metal Gear Solid 4 for the PS3 will be on a 50GB Blu ray disc, and is expected to fill most of the disc, and downloading a file that huge would take extensively long times, especially when millions of people are downloading it at the same time, and in 10 years I expect games to be far over 200GB in space, so you couldn't hold many games in the first place. Also, in terms of movies, you would have the same problem as video games, also, with higher resolutions every year, file size would be too massive, so discs will be around for quite a while.

I red in the internet, that Sony expects PS3 to stay on market for 7 years. Than we'll have PS4(or whatever they'll call it). PSP isn't going to be replaced for another couple of years, coz Sony releases slim PSP soon with same tech possibilities as regular PSP.
