From my experience it is the best way to tell how good a person is.Uglier women tend to be more hateful towards the world.

honestly, i dont think its necessarily right to do that...but i think its true, well most of the time. pretty people like the world because of people they attrack? so they have a good personality towards it. ...less pretty people are the opposite. they dont get any attention because of how they look so of course they're not going to like the world.

I've met plenty of women who knew how to take good care of their "exterior beauty" but knew nothing about kindness toward others.

Inner beauty is a lot more important. Exterior beauty is only additional. Beautiful by nature can't tell u anything. Beautiful by made might tells u how the person treat her self. But sometimes, it can't guarantee how that person respect her self. True by many women wear sexy dress and assumed that it's the way to be beautiful. In that way, men will only attract by the body.
So, I think the best way to judge a woman's personality is by looking at her way to present her self in public (part of exterior beauty). Later on add by her inner. Good luck with your search man! :)

Okay, either you don't really like women or you are just a moron. Nothing can be more shallow than what you wrote. Who left you judge of beauty? Who decided that you or anyone else can say what is the qualities of a good personality? Did you step out of the 1700's or something? It's hard to tell, but for some reason, I actually agree on this one.
When you wake up in a bad mood and drag yourself to work at the last minute, you look unpresentable to others. It's because you're unprepared and did not treat yourself well that very morning. That's how some women feel uglier. So they seem to be more mad at the world.
Exterior beauty is when you take care of yourself more and care about your body's needs. (Leave out the bulimics.) Though some may seem full of themselves, it means they are happier about themselves.
There is a big difference.

Do you really believe that or you just looking for reactions? I'm no model, a bit overweight and on the wrong side of 40 but have great guy friends and some would like it to be more. I don't dress inappropriately, or lead people on- I am what I appear to be. So I don't agree with you. I am divorced but not bitter, have had several relationships that didn't work out but on their own merit not because I throw blanket judgement on all men.

I don't agree with that assessment, as I don't think there is a correlation between outer beauty, which is very subjective, and one's personality. For example, I know some people who I don't find attractive but they're funny, kind and loyal. I also know some people who are beautiful, but they're rude, narcissistic and idiotic. So it can go either way, hence why it's best not to judge someone's personality based on their appearance alone.

Unfortunately, that's true a lot of the time, because women who are viewed as 'ugly' are usually teased or ignored, which makes them bitter, therefore they hate the world. However, modesty is always good, and sometimes that goes the other way around, because beautiful women get jaded because they are used by men and society.

I have to disagree. There are many, many, many attractive women out there who don't love themselves enough to see their true beauty and uniqueness. They loathe themselves and have a bitter attitude about life and people in general due to some trauma in their upbringing. They are attracted to abusive lovers, they have eating disorders, low self-worth, and they don't see a beautiful person staring back at them in the mirror. They see their sex appeal as their only asset, and in the end, it BECOMES all they have to offer. I have seen so many examples of this, haven't you? And I'm sure the same goes for what you consider unattractive women. It doesn't matter what they look like, personalities vary.
