My Question is a statement of fact and not directed at any particular person specifically.
The guilty might not think so, but am I supposed to do?

#Christian 3412, did I say you are perfect without sin? Or, did I say if your heart is longing for Truth even if you are in the worse of situation right now; God will delivers you!
Please don't read in context?

Me, if yoiu are affecting the world - it would means your lifestyle words and deeds will be Christ personified in human flesh again so to speak. The Truth you will portrayed will cause such a reaction to those who love lies to persecute you and to those who love Truth to embraced it.
You have become the Light of the World !

lifeonloan, Love not the world neither the things thereof; If you love the world, the love of God is not in you.
I think God meant it to be in a spiritual posture more than just in a legalistic literal sense of the words
What say you?

You are correct, the world does indeed affect me, even though I am a "real" Christian. That is why my voice is important...and I speak my mind.
Where you err, is in assuming that I "long" for the worldly things. Sure I have some conviences, a washing machine, an auto, a laptop.
My washing machine is a tool, so is my auto, and laptop. I choose where to go, what sites to visit. I was not able to control the TV, so I have not had one for over 2 years.
You would be AMAZED at how many "acceptable" things I choose to live without..........in fact, I feel quite confident that many non-believers could not endure my simple life for a month!
I am a Christian, there is no distinction between "the right kind" and "not the religious ones"..........

Oh man. I really want to answer this question but I really dont understand a thing your saying.
you said "effecting" do you mean "spreading the word of the bible"?
I dont agree with you, rather someone is spreading the word or not they are effected by others in one way or another.
** your right when you say the two cant tango. I completely agree, and I feel perhaps too many Religious leaders allow their followers to be modernized. (every religion).

I disagree. If there's no struggle in your heart, then you're perfect, and you don't need Christ to forgive your sins because you're sinless.
I desire God more than anything else in the world. That doesn't mean I don't sin. It means my heart's desires give in easier to the pleasures of the world than to glorifying God. Perhaps you'd like to explain how someone can desire God, not desire the world, and therefore avoid sinning.

I'm proud of being a religious Christian. I go to church religiously, I pray religiously, I read my Bible religiously. I find it pretty difficult to practice my faith without the framework of religion. Which is worse, being religious or being a judgemental pharisee? It's not up to you to judge who is guilty, or who is a "True Christian."

Okay. So the world is a candle burning low. My home is where my heart is, with God.
So your question is a little pointed, I have nothing from you on it. The world most certainly affects me, I'm in it. So I think that you fouled up with your logic somewhere. We ARE allowed to have logic, you know.

Christian - Right kind or Not ...... we are all accountable for the actions that we take ... universal laws do not change, and we have to bear the consequences of our choices ... now and forever

Before you accuse anybody of not being a "real Christian," you have to prove that you, yourself, are one. It's a new rule.
