They get paid for doing that. If you choose to tip them then that's you. Frankly if I had to tip them I would do it so they wouldn't rob me blind.

Why tip someone for doing the job they are paid to do? Do you get tipped for doing the work you do? If people are not being paid enough so that they need tips, that is a matter between them and their employer, it is not up to the customer to make up the shortfall. Stamp out tipping apart from a gratuity for exceptional service perhaps.

No, they get paid handsomely. It is not like a waitress that eeks out 2.13 an hour and depends on tips.
