Dont get into smokin' baby..

You can definitely lose a little as smoking kills the hunger and desire to eat anything, but apart from taking away your fat, it will also take away a lot of other good stuff your body...

And beleive me, its not the best way to lose weight.

Go for Aerobics, Gym, dieting ... as by following these options, u will lose ur weight gracefully.

Cheers,
Gary

Probably none. Besides, it really isn't worth it to take up a lifelong, potentially dangerous addiction to lose some weight.

Technically speaking, you probably have less chance of dying prematurely from a gastric bypass, one of the most dangerous surgeries, than from smoking.

I am a lifelong nicotine addict and I realize there is not much I can say to stop someone from doing something if they really want to. I would be a jerk if I did not let you know that addiction is a form of slavery. If you smoke and become addicted, you will crave cigarettes in the same way you want food when you are hungry.

If you get older and decide to quit, you will forever be faced with the nagging desire to light up. Please think carefully about whether you want to be dependent.

You are probably young but imagine if you have to tell your mother when you are only 40 years old, that you are about to die before she does because of cancer caused by smoking.

Join a gym.

Let me tell you something. I worked for a funeral home and the majority of people who came in died of lung cancer. So, about the time they are finished cremating you, you should weigh about 4 pounds.

But if you want to lose weight an unhealthy way. That's great! Try riding your bike 10 miles a day and only drinking milk for a week. That worked for me when I was a teen. Took off about 10 pounds a week. But I gained it all back. Do it the right way, eat healthy and exercise. Healthy eating habits last a life time.

I would say right now, that you might lose a little bit of weight but I would not recommend for you to start smoking. If you want to lose weight then this is what I would recommend. Eat a balance meal, but instead of three large meals eat about six to seven small meals, with exercise. By doing this, you will increase your metabolism, which will burn more fat.

Ya might loose weight and ya might not! I know plenty of overweight and obese people who smoke and it has not helped them. Smoking takes years off you life, it's expensive and may cause health problems like COPD,asthma and cancer. "Don't start smoking" it's too hard to quit. If you want to loose weight see a doctor for an exercise plan and what kind of regiment you should be on don't give up you can do it if you want it bad enough!

None. There is nothing in smoking that makes you lose weight. Unlike what has gone around, it does not raise your metabolism. When you quit, it doesn't lower your metabolism either, it's just folks eat too much trying to stuff down the craving when they quit. Actually, I was at my very heaviest when I was smoking.

O my gosh don't start smoking just because you think it'll make you lose weight! I don't know if you will lose weight or not, but DO NOT START SMOKING! Smoking makes you unhealthy so you can't exercise more, so you get less exersice...you will probably get obese... BUT DONT DO IT! Exercising and eating right will help you better. You wll destroy your life for it! PLZ DON'T!

None, lol! It takes years before you start losing weight from smoking. I've been a smoker for 15 years and it was atleast 10 before it did anything to my weight.

smoking doesn't make you lose weight, it stunts your growth, so smokers are skinny because they started smoking when they were young and didn't develop properly, notice how smoker females don't usually have a full bust, it's because that part of their body never developed fully. I'm a smoker, it's easier to never start then it is to quit ;)
