ok, oneness bc i see what u r saying with that scripture but it also says there that Jesuswas taken up in glory who took him up in Glory? And you ingnored the first part of my question if Jesus is God why did he not say so and why did God say Jesus is his son?or are those scriptures I quoted from the Bible, not valid in your book? Are you just trying to prove your point or answer my question?

Kait thanks for your Scriptuires but they do not answer my question nor prove that Jesus isd God, Nino, so are you saying that if you say that you are your fathers son, you really mean that you are your father or are you trying to tell me that Jesus was lying? And you say that to be saved you have to believe that Jesus is God is that really true? so again in that light I ask why did Jesus not say he is God if he is God?In(John 17:3) Jesus says that we need accurate knowledge of both God and Jesus himself, not the belief that he is God!

The answers to all your questions are: Jesus is not God.

The apostle John recorded Jesus’ own statement that the Father is “the only true God,” and that “the Father is greater than I am.” (John 17:3; 14:28) He recorded six instances in which Jesus called the Father “my God.” Five instances of Jesus’ speaking of “my God” are long after Jesus’ resurrection and ascension to heaven. (John 20:17; Revelation 3:2, 12) At least five more times, John carefully recorded the distinction not just between the Father and the Lamb but between God and the Lamb Jesus Christ. John says he wrote, not to show that Jesus is God, or even “God the Son,” but “that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ the Son of God.” John 20:31.

Jesus is not the Almighty God, his father Jehovah is.

There is no such thing as the Trinity, This is largest lie that Satan uses to keep people from knowing who the True God is, if he can do this, he's got you.

He has cleverly kept a large proportion of mankind in darkness by means of false religion, making them think that they are serving God. Lacking in accurate knowledge of God and in love for truth, they may be attracted by mystical and emotional religious services or be impressed by powerful works.

“Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.” (Matthew 24:36) How do these words confirm that Jesus is not Almighty God?

Jesus says that the Father knows more than the Son does. If Jesus were part of Almighty God, however, he would know the same facts as his Father. So, then, the Son and the Father cannot be equal. Yet, some will say: ‘Jesus had two natures. Here he speaks as a man.’ But even if that were so, what about the holy spirit? If it is part of the same God as the Father, why does Jesus not say that it knows what the Father knows?

1st of all Jesus said: He pointed to God as the Source of his life, saying, “I live because of the Father.” According to the context, this meant that his life resulted from or was caused by his Father, even as the gaining of life by dying men would result from their faith in Jesus’ ransom sacrifice.

Jesus’ being called the “only-begotten Son” does not mean that the other spirit creatures produced were not God’s sons, for they are called sons as well. However, by virtue of his being the sole direct creation of his Father, the firstborn Son was unique, different from all others of God’s sons, all of whom were created or begotten by Jehovah through that firstborn Son. So “the Word” was Jehovah’s “only-begotten Son” in a particular sense,

Jesus is also “Mighty God” and “Eternal Father.” This does not mean that he usurps the authority and position of Jehovah, who is “God our Father.” (2 Corinthians 1:2) “He [Jesus] gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God.” (Philippians 2:6) He is called Mighty God, not Almighty God. Jesus never thought of himself as God Almighty, for he spoke of his Father as “the only true God,” that is, the only God who should be worshiped. (John 17:3;

Rev. 1:1; 3:14, RS: “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him, why did God have to give the revelation to Jesus, if he is God? .

Does the Bible teach that none of those who are said to be included in the Trinity is greater or less than another, that all are equal, that all are almighty? Mark 13:32, RS: “Of that day or that hour no ones knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” (Of course, that would not be the case if Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were coequal, comprising one Godhead. And if, as some suggest, the Son was limited by his human nature from knowing, the question remains, Why did the Holy Spirit not know?)

John 14:28, RS: “[Jesus said:] If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I.”

1 Cor. 11:3, RS: “I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a woman is her husband, and the head of Christ is God.” (Clearly, then, Christ is not God, and God is of superior rank to Christ. It should be noted that this was written about 55 C.E., some 22 years after Jesus returned to heaven.

1 Tim 3:16 states that Jesus was God manifest in the flesh, 100% man and %100 God. But since he Israelites had no concept of this and Jesus did not want the flesh to be worshipped over the Spirit, He often gave glory to the "Father" - the Spirit is is God.

Jesus prayed to God. Some call him God because of the Trinity. He has been given dominion over all things.
Humans relationship with God can only go through Jesus because Jesus is both human and spirit. He is from that part of God that wasn't used for the big bang, in that sense he is God, in the sense that we are all of our parents.

They don't want to take Jesus literal in these versus thats why.

Changes in the Greek manuscripts and translations they are trying to force the Trinity into religion.

Edit: Those scriptures are getting ignored because they don't know how to respond to them...

Mundo:
Are you saying there is Almighty God and second class God in Christianity??

You said in your answer that Jesus is NOT Almighty God, he is just a God??

How many Almighty Gods, and how many second class Gods do you have??

Deuce:
You are neglecting all the biblical verses mentioned in the question that states that Jesus is not a God, and you are just looking at one verse that you quoted!!
Maybe the verse you quoted means that Jesus and the Father has one goal, they are one when it comes to doing good, or fighting evil.
Have you considered this interpretation??

In John 8:58, Jesus claimed to be God by saying to the Jews, "before Abraham was born, I am!"
The Jews knew this (I am) to be one of the names of God.
That is why they tried to kill Jesus. He was claiming to be God.

God is Trinity, meaning that God is three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. ----Not 3 Gods, but 3 persons. There is one God made of 3 persons, all of equal power and the same in nature, always in agreement.
When Jesus came to earth and took on flesh, He is 100% God. He is also 100% man. As a man, He put Himself in submission to the Father, always in obedience to Him, for our redemption. When Jesus comes to earth again, HIs robe and His thigh will have this written on them: King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

The hypostatic union is the term used to describe how God the Son, Jesus Christ, took on a human nature, yet remained fully God at the same time. Jesus always had been God (John 8:58; 10:30), but at the incarnation Jesus took on human flesh - He became a human being (John 1:14). The addition of the human nature to the divine nature is Jesus, the God-man. This is the hypostatic union, Jesus Christ, one Person, fully God and fully man.

Jesus' two natures, human and divine, are inseparable. Jesus will forever be the God-man, fully God and fully human, two distinct natures in one Person. Jesus' humanity and divinity are not mixed, but are united without loss of separate identity. Jesus sometimes operated with the limitations of humanity (John 4:6; 19:28) and other times in the power of His deity (John 11:43; Matthew 14:18-21). In both, Jesus' actions were from His one Person. Jesus had two natures, but only one person or personality.

The doctrine of the hypostatic union is an attempt to explain how Jesus could be both God and man at the same time. It is ultimately, though, a doctrine that we are incapable of fully understanding. It is impossible for us to fully understand how God works. We, as finite human beings, should not expect to be able to comprehend an infinite God. Jesus is God’s Son in that He was conceived by the Holy Spirit (Luke 1:35). But that does not mean Jesus did not exist before He was conceived. Jesus always has existed (John 8:58; 10:30). When Jesus was conceived, He became a human being in addition to being God (John 1:1,14).

Jesus is both God and man. Jesus has always been God, but He did not become a human being until He was conceived in Mary. Jesus became a human being so that He could identify with us in our struggles (Hebrews 2:17) and, more importantly, so that He could die on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins (Philippians 2:5-11). In summary, the hypostatic union teaches that Jesus is both fully human and fully divine, that there is no mixture or dilution of either nature, and that He is one united Person, forever.

Jesus is not the Almighty God; Jesus is "a" God. The Almighty God has no beginning, and He will never have an end. However, Jesus is the beginning and the end of creation, the Alpha and the Omega.
