No, no one can prove you wrong.

Your faith is validated.

Long live Harry.

User "edge", would you have preferred that he use The Iliad instead? Would that have made for a better analogy?

The folks who say which might be the Christians so far as I understand and so they say it is given that they suppose Harry Potter is preaching magic is well and 'thou shalt now not undergo a witch to are living' and fake idols and all that. Their god is a jealous god. I'mma pass with #s a million and four.

I can examine the source evidence. In particular, I can identify the single author of the Harry Potter texts and ask her if she meant for it to be fact or fiction. What are the odds that Harry Potter is actually fact if the author herself says he's entirely fictional? Did she make an incredibly lucky guess?

As long as you know it is faith, it cannot be contradicted. If you start telling me it is fact, then you will need to start proving it.

Harry is a lot more thoughtful than some other deities that some worship. Good choice.

I haven't read the books but I do know that the author is a billionaire, because of her books, whereas the prophets who penned the bible were stoned and beaten and austracized for the message that they brought.

You need to wait until the Author is dead. Then no one can ask any valid questions of you.

Nope. Just let old Harry save your immortal soul!

As the author of the Harry Potter novels is still alive and would freely admit he came from her imagination. I would say you are wrong. If you are going to insult Christianity please try to do it with some intelligence.

Zero Cool - At least using the Iliad would have made some sense. But asking about a fictional character who's creator is still alive is ridiculous.
