Is it because the "jerks" put off an attitude like they can take or leave the gorgeous girls, and the girls are not used to such treatment from otherwise "nice" guys?...(That seems to be the simplest response, anyway)...But what do YOU think, ladies?.......

Attractive people of both genders tend to be very confident -- often over-confident if they are also young. Beautiful women may believe they can change a loser and relish the challenge.
Also, male "jerks" may be too egotistical to consider dating any woman who isn't conspicuously attractive. So for that reason you may see jerks with beauties. Happily, they are leaving us plain Janes alone. :-)

There are a few reasons women are sometimes attracted to jerks:
1) They never had a positive male role model in their lives to teach them how they are supposed to be treated so they seek out what they grew up with....which may be a jerk guy.
2) They have very low self-esteem so they don't even know it's wrong that they're being treated like crap
3) They are shallow and only attracted to gorgeous guys.....even if the guy has no discernably positive traits. All these types of women care about is money and looks......now, do you REALLY want that kind of woman anyway?
I will say that strong women are often attracted to strong, confident men. It's ok to be a nice guy....but just make sure you're not the guy who lets women walk all over him or you'll never get a good woman. Women do not like weak men.

Well in my opinion that usually the "jerk" guys are attractive. And most women are shallow and thats all they fall for. Despite the fact that the guy is an jerk. And some jerk guys also has a plan. They know what a women wants and falls for. A lot of them have game and style. They also plan how to get that certain girl whooped!! Some guys don't even take much effort just them looking good can get the girl to do anything for them. THATS HOW SHALLOW WOMEN ARE. And if they treat them like crap it drives a girl crazy. Cause you ALWAYS WANT WHAT YOU CAN'T HAVE RIGHT?

Well to be frank and pretty honest. I say that jerks attract jerks. I mean if you have ever gotten with a hot chick or a friend of yours has. You both were in awe at how hot she looked but soon as she opened her mouth she was a real b-itch. See just because the wrapper looks pretty on the outside doesn't mean its always so sweet on the inside. So I say naturally those chicks deserve the jerks they get. As for sweet girls falling for that type, usually they are looking at the outside again too thinking that because he is a certain way with one set of girls he is naturally going to be all flirty and stuff with them too. But its all deception and lies. What our eyes see and tell us is only part of the truth.

y, thank you. I'm gorgeous? Attitude is everything. If I guy treats us like queens, we tend to think we could do better. Big mistake. Being with a jerk will grind you down, and make you feel you will never be worthwhile. You can't do better than a nice guy. (Well, unless the jerk is incredibly wealthy. I mean "The Donald" wealthy. Know what I mean?)

Most of the time, people don't think of themselves as gorgeous. They are good looking people, but modest about it. They are with the jerks because they allowed themselves to be sucked in. They have low self esteems and the jerks prey on that. Not every jerk is bad looking either. They come in all forms.

I like nice guys who are gentlemen. I think some girls are attracted to jerks because the jerky guy might pretend he's nice and the girl buys it because she thinks that he's being different with her. That or because she thinks that she can change him. But that whole "nice guys finish last" isn't true. The girl may also be a jerk herself.

Everyone wants what they can't have, and girls are much worse about it. Girls most often tend to be attracted to the guys that treat them the worst, so yes it's because the jerk guys could care less. It often takes these girls a long time if not a lifetime to learn to care about herself more. Girls also tend to want to fix guys so they choose one that needs work lol... and the jerk kinda guy definitly needs work lol. Good luck to you.

I think that girls fall easy for a pretty face & often (I know from experience) that they're not jerks when they talk to you in the beginning. Like, they're really sweet & kind to you. Then when you start dating they change & it's harder to leave once you've started dating because you just think of the good things.

ok, I have had the " jerks" and married a nice guy. Jerks are reputed to be better in bed, ( u asked!!) and are more , um, experienced. Nice guys are sometimes, booooring. one does not need to teach where there is excitement to be had. and some women are gluttons for punishment, and some seem to think they can reform a bad guy. I know I did! And I failed.
