Aluminum imparts a kind of bitter taste. The glass is a cleaner container and less chance of impurities and bitter tastes to pass to the beer.

Cheers.

It doesn't. Many better quality brands of beer are only available in bottles, which may lead to the assumption that bottles are better.
Cans are, in fact, better packaging. The beer stays fresher longer in cans. For a test, I would suggest buying Molson Canadian, the beer in which I notice the most difference, in both cans and bottle. (The cans aren't easy to find everywhere, though, so any other brand woud be OK to try instead.) Have a friend pour each into a glass and give them to you in a blind taste test. You will probably choose the can more times than not.
Of course, draft beer is far better than either, provided it is reaosnably fresh.

I think aluminum gives beer an off taste. As for the poster who mentioned "Molson" being better in a can, it's probably because the company uses green bottles for it's beer- which allows the beer to get skunky from exposure to light. I only drink beer that's packaged in brown bottles when I drink bottled beer.

I think beer is always best as a draft. But if my beer of choice is not on tap, a bottle is the way to go.

I would only drink Guinness or Murphy's out of a can though because when it gets poured into a pint, the widget at the bottom of the can reproduced the cascading effect.

It gives it a nice crisp clean taste.

The other person is right about the aluminum though.

Now that would be very wierd to see beer in plastic though...

I know at restuarant the beer is nice and cold and tastes better than when you buy them from your grocery store.

He's right. Aluminum, plus cans are probably cheaper.

Because marketing has convinced you of this.
