Is possible for Lotus Notes Admin to set a log file on every person who are chatting using Sametime program in same LAN in a company?

An Administrator can log everything you do on a network system... not only on Lotus Notes...
It is an Administrator job to know everything that's going on, on his/companies network. if he dose not know then he/she is not a good network Administrator... Most viruses are brought on to a company net work system through employee usage, visiting the wrong websites, where they get all the adware, viruses and pop ups from....

Nothing... Lotus notes is a computer program.. a systems administrator is someone who maintains computer systems, the network infrastructure etc that keeps everything running. Two are seperate things, I guess the sys admin might use Lotus Notes... although I'd say he'd probably use open office calc :)
