i work night shifts and dont get out until 9:30-10:00 and i haven't eaten any type of dinner, and am always hungry by the end. what should i eat?

Avoid carbs that late...no rice, pasta or potatoes, but you can load up on veggies and a lean protien, such as some chicken breast or fish.

Plain oatmeal w/ fresh fruit is a good bet. You can get plain oatmeal that you can microwave, cut up some fruit and throw it in. It's good for your cholesteral plus keeps you fuller longer. Or anything that's low fat/ low calorie/ low carb/ low sugar, since you aren't very active after work.

i think you should stick to salads or veggies with like chicken breast on the side.. if you can at work why not munch on like baby carrots while you work, its a healthy snack and its not fatty lol

i would go for stir-fried (or better yet, steamed) veggies. if you have to have carbs, do rice, as it digests easily.

all u do is go to McDonald's get the new 3 pound angus burger, with xtra large fries (maybe 2 xtra large fries if ur up to it) NEVER forget your mountain dew, so 1 large mountain dew, and then refill a pepsi. u also gotta get a McFlurry xtra large, add everything espcially fudge. and then a 3 apple pies. and about 20 chicken nuggets. Thats wut i do at around 10 o clock at nite, im in 8th grade and i only weigh 375 pounds! yay me!!!!!
