yo i have been on a diet for a week. however i was drinkin like 1 glass of water a day for 8 days. i no weight. today i drank 9 glasses of water. will this speed up the weight loss. i eat healthy. and i do cardio for 30 mins.

to get results you have to do cardio 4-6 times a week for average of 45min (the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat)
you can drink as much water as you want but dont go over a gallon a day
eat 5-6 small meals a day and make healthy food choices - plenty of protein, veggies, fruit, healthy fats, complex carbs.
