tattoos on girls: skanky or sexy?

not tattoos on the lower back ["might as well be a bullseye"] i mean like on the ribs, hips, wrist....

i have one on my hip[very tiny heart], wrist[smile], and ribs is a butterfly in a jar.

Depends on the girl not the tattoo usually. If she's skanky she will be anyway and if she's not then it wont make her skanky. I'm no where near skanky and have one tattoo and five piercings while getting more of both. Lower back is no different, it's just a tattoo with a really really bad stereo type. My next one will be centered vertically on my lower back because it's the best place for it. Just another stupid concept that is an unfair judgement.

-So many harsh judgements without any respect for peoples different lives. Girls can be pure (I'm honestly still a virgin at 18) and have tattoos, go far and be smart. Funny thing ... we are individuals too, get to know a person. If you don't like them keep your judgments to yourself since we respect you for not having them you should return that to us for choosing what goes on our bodies.

Any tattoo that you feel a connection with can look sexy, but if you get a tattoo of something you think will look good but not too sure about then you'll end up not liking it. Also something that kind of sticks out from your top or jeans, for example a flower or a dragon. On the ribs i think three roses that look like stencils in a row or something special to you written in chinese or hindu, or whatever thing you think would look cool.
On the wrists you have to be careful because if you get something that you aren't completly confident about then you'll get bored of it and wont like it.

A tattoo shouldn't be a fashion statement. Tattoo's last for ever, but fashions change from year to year. Tattoos on girls aren't skanky if they are tasteful and in a place that the person is comfortable. On the back right above the pant line and hips looks skanky no matter who its on. Tat's on the wrist and hands are for prisoners. I've waited many years even after I thought I had decided what I wanted and where I wanted it. Now after many years of thinking I wanted something, I've changed my mind. Find something you like, that means something to you and have it henna tattooed on you. If after a couple of weeks you still like it and you think it will still be great when you are 70, then you are set

Definitely not on the ribs.. That would just look strange and would probably hurt really bad to get. Thats some sensitive skin.
Tattoos on hips are always awesome as long as they're something simple and not too colorful.
And if you want one on your wrist just make sure its small and not something really detailed. Just a heart or star or something would look really cute.

Depends if they are tasteful and the placement. Lower back are only trashy if it is a cookie cutter tattoo that many other people have like tribal and a butterfly. Then it qualifies as a tramp stamp.

It would depend on the tattoo, the placement, and the girl. A good combination of those could be very sexy. A bad one (like a tramp stamp), could be skanky.

tattoos can have just as much meaning on girls as they do on guys, i think if someone only gets a tattoo to be "sexy" than it does just the opposite. for me the sexiest tattoos are those that are special and are very well done
