I just started a Diet and well lets just say i cant remember how much 1/4 cup is and how much 3/4 cup is and how much 2/3 cup is? Can someone give me some help please

Divide 1 cup into 4 equal parts. One of those parts is 1/4, 3 of those parts is 3/4s. Divide 1 cup into 3 equal parts. 2 of those parts is 2/3s.

1/4 cup= 2 ounces
3/4 cup is 6 ounces
2/3 cup=5 ounces

Well if you divide a cup into four equal portions(via in head) 1/4 is a quarter of the cup...one portion...3/4 is 75% full
