Yes, they are all over your body. The lymph system cleans out dead blood cells and buggies, so they need to be all over the body.

There are large collections of them around the neck, armpit and groin. Smaller collections everywhere else.

Yes, under your arm pit are a lot and at the top of your neck. My father found his cancer there.
