Umm.. It's easy if you allow "watery" but you specified "water" so..
1. The house was painted a nice shade of water blue.
2. There is a big water tank on the east end of town.
3. It will take the efforts of the entire community to stop water pollution.

It's impossible to use Water as an adjective, but you can use watery. F.E. "It was a watery, shallow grave." Hope I helped.
