He is a dog. He isn't doing it to be mean or bad.
And obviously he isn't perfectly house trained. Just work on it some more. Once a dog makes a mistake, it is hard for him to change. He is a creature of instinct. He has a natural desire to go in the same place again.

I went through this with my girl at that age, perfect potty training then all of a sudden accidents. If it's just peeing and not pooping then i would first think bladder infection or UTI, also it may just be teething. Lots of puppies lose focus when teething. Just be dilligent and get a urine sample into the vet to see if it's an infection.

Lots of doberman puppies including my girl, feel so crummy when they're teething their ears start to fall, to make them stand they are cropped and then taped up to train the muscles to hold them, around this time they stop holding their ears up and they droop, i would think this also works with potty training, they jsut dont care enough to bother. Try ice or freezing a teething ring for him.

Well.. Treating a dog lovely is nice, BUT don't you dare think that he will just naturally be good and well behaved just cause you are being lovely to him.. You need to TRAIN him.. Teach him all he needs to know. He is starting to teeth likely, they can have accidents.. Teeth are sore, he feels crappy.. Keep up with the house training and don't let him get away with being a dink...

thats good he is practically house trained at that age keep up the routine, consistancy is the rule, but sometimes they will have a little accident, because your sidetracked with something else, so they deliberately have an accident, just to make sure your aware that they still need you(attention thing)

At 15 weeks old no puppy is perfectly house trained - they still have very little bladders with very short holding capacity.
If her is going in house - then he is not fully trained does not fully understand and is not being fully supervised.

He's only 15 weeks old, my guess is he's not fully housebroken. He was probably doing well and you let your gurad down. Supervise, supervise supervise.

But make sure you have the vet check him out in case he has a UTI or other medical problem causing this.

he may have an urinary track infection. you should get it checked out by a vet if it continues. just remember he is still a puppy and accidents will happen. also make sure he is fixed so he doesn't start marking his territory inside your house.

He's testng you... probably going through a phase.

Discipline him appropriately whne you catch him in the act and take him outside to finish. Be consistent. He'll come around!

he's doing it for attention.
tell his no and then take him outside right away.
try #1 for a week or so or if that does not work
you could rub his nose in the pee and then tell him no.
(i had to resort to that after we kept doing #1 repeatedly for a month or so) my puppy finely got the massage and every time he would go pee out side i would give him a treat and praise him or do something he loved to do.
what ever you do don't give up!!!
