Nice, maniputate him, thats a healthy sign of a glowing relationship.
Here is a fun fact, guys are not nearly as complicated as a girl, even though we try and pretend.
We don't really flirt, we only flirt if the girl likes to flirt. As the guy above me said, just ask him out. There is no tactics, no hidden meanings, no nothing.
AND DON'T LISTEN TO THESE OTHER GIRLS ABOUT IT!!! What can they know about how best to flirt with a guy, they just know how they flirt with a guy.

I've been told to:
1. Smile brightly
2. Look them in the eye at least twice for longer than two seconds.
3. Touch them often. Not provocatively, but pat them on the shoulder, hug them, poke them maybe, all that good stuff.
4. Make sure you're good enough friends with the guy.
5. Be yourself, but don't let out too much. Make him do all the askin'. If he doesn't ask, that's fine, he may think that if you're not telling him already he wasn't supposed to know.
Bad Example:
You: "I'm not going to be at the Meeting Friday - My grandmother's have surgery."
Him: "Awww..." See, this tells him why you're not going to be there. Therefore, he won't ask because you already answered. He may comment, but all good people comment.
Good Example:
You: "I won't be at book club Wednesday."
Him: "Why not??"
You: "Because I'm going to the lake when my friend, Kaily."
See? Not presenting everything will not only make the conversation longer, but it could also leading to more spawning curiosity because then he may asked "Why are you going to the lake?" or "How long have you been friends with Kaily?" Endless possibilities.
6. ALWAYS say "Hello" and "Goodbye" to him.
I hope this helps! :)

Talk with them! First, you can start by asking them a question like "What was the math homework for last night?", or, "Do you know a good coffee shop around here?" After you ask a quetion, you may offer a quick opinion or statement like, "Because I've driven here every day, and I still can't find a good place to get a coffee!", or, "Mr. Olson didn't really say what the homework was!" Flirting is easy if you can get a conversation going.

Flirting is mostly done with the eyes--
The Doe-eyed Look
The Come-Hither Look
The Eye-roll Knowing Look
And little touchs
A little touch on the elbow from behind ---
and the Over the Shoulder Hello I'm Here Look--- as you pass
is always effective--

Without demeaning yourself, make yourself noticeable to him using gestures and body language that only he finds obvious to him. That should spark his curiosity! If it does, continue to let him play into your hand. A little cat and mouse game only makes things fascinating, perhaps even steamier. Without a doubt, a little class goes a long way! That's if we're talking long term. If you're looking for pure fun, choose a role and play the hell out of it. LOL! GO FOR IT! HAVE FUN!

As a guy... just be yourself and make conversation. Make sure the conversation isn't one-sided (i.e. don't just talk about yourself, ask him questions about himself).
Best advice, though... don't play the "ditzy chick". You'll end up finding all the wrong guys. Most guys think the "ditzy chick" is an idiot... but easy.
Hope this helps. Take care.

You don't need to flirt. It can be taken the wrong way. If guys aren't noticing you don't try to do tricks to get them too. That comes off as tacky and desperate.

Honestly, it depends on the guy and whatever you want from him. I'll just assume that you want a relationship. Well, first, he has to have some basic attraction to you. Really, you have to let him hit on you first, then, whatever he does, act like you like it. So, if he hugs you, hug him back, then sometimes you can be the one to hug him. I mean, guys like aggressive girls, but if he doesn't like you, throwing yourself at him will accomplish nothing. So yeah, touch him when you talk with him, if you laugh at something he says, lean on him. Anyway, good luck.

Talking flirting and smiling, give him all your attention like nothing else matters when your talking to him (but make sure you dont come off and creepy when you do it, gotta use a little finesse)

you have to ask them out before they do. As a guy, the worst thing about the relationship is the start. All guys would love a girlfriend. If you think a guy is hot and he never had his first kiss, odds are, he'll go out with anyone.
