This I do agree with because the man is supposed to be the "leader" of the home, everyone is to be submitted under him. Once a problem began, the man is supposed to handle it but the Bible says that he is to be godly. If the problem is handled correctly it won't began to grow.

No. Error can be brought in from the outside, by a visitor or a trespasser. In such a circumstance, the head of the household would not be found culpable for the existing error.

Actually, error can spring from any free-thinking being, whether or not they are the head of the house, so "NO" again.

Incorrect in at least two circumstances, is your assumption! (ok, I admit it, I like Yoda.)

All humans err, so nothing can be caused completely by one person, leader of the house, or not.
