I am assuming you are a Muslim girl if you are celebrating Ramadan. Therefore, as a Muslim, you should know that it is extremely indecent to be wearing short sleeves, especially during Ramadan.

If you're a Muslim girl and have reached the age at which you can know the right from wrong (usually/likely after puberty)... then hijab is obligatory... which includes covering your arm. Hijab is a fard (obligation) and so should be done at ALL months, not only in ramadan. (Same with praying, for example)
I'm assuming here that you mean to wear short sleeves in front of non-mahram (e.g. in public or to someone "you can marry").
If you mean "does wearing short sleeves break your fast" then I honestly don't know... but I would advise against it because it is not unlikely that it could let the thawab of your fast not count.
(Because remember fasting is not only fasting from food, it is fasting from food, sexual contact with husband/wife and fasting from sins)

I know how you feel because i have plenty of muslim friends who are in the same situation. i wont go on about how you should'nt be wearing short sleeves in the first place because im sure you already know that.Anyways..in Ramadhan, paticularly if your fasting i think it woudl be wise to cover up a bit more....you get me?...i mean....its already meant to be practised by evreyone as you know so Ramadhan is no different.Though many muslim females do often take more consideration on their dress in this holy month..i guess because they really want to keep theri mind on fasting and ramadhan. So yeah short sleeves would'nt look to good, though it depend where you are as well. At home fare enough but walking on teh streets especially where many muslims are...well woudn't look to good. But hey, thats just my opinion!..lol..

If you are a muslim girl, you're arms should be covered whether it is Ramadan on not. The part of the body which is known as "satr" is the part of the body which should be covered in front of the opposite sex.
A woman should be covered from head to below the ankles. You should wear shirts that reach upto your wrists, and you should wear pants that go below your ankles. As a Muslimah, it is a requirement to wear hijab and cover your hair. Wearing tight or see through clothes will cancel out your "covering" your body. You should dress decently.
A man's satr is from his navel to below his knees. It is sunnah for him to wear his pants above his ankles, as our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) used to dress in this manner. It is also sunnah to have a beard.
I hope this answered your question.

Ramadan Mubarak - wearing a hijab as I understand is not an obligation - we must dress modestly and remember that it is all in the INTENTION - no matter how you dress you may be covered up from head to toe, but if your heart and intention are not honest then what is the purpose. Be modest - ALL your actions are kept between you and Allah -

actually it is not good to wear something that can expose your " aurat " which is parts of your body that can stimulates another gender. try to cover it up during ramadan and if possible at all times. in ramadan all muslims must try to refrain from looking at things that may excite sexual urges. sometimes it can breaks a person fasting. hope this explains it.

For Muslim women it is haraam to show any part of your body to non mahram men so wearing short sleeves for a Muslim woman is also wrong.
