Sure.
But in general, if you are actively trying to lose weight, I recommend not eating anything after 7 pm.

Next time eat the salad at dinner and the Turkey sandwich before you work out...it helps you feel better while working out and it leaves the night time when your body is slowing down for eating salad which contains little or no carbs or calories...But do it this time if you want!

yeah. you need to eat enough otherwise your matabolism will slow down to conserve energy. many people don't do that. they starve themselves and then they start eating again and put even more weight back on because their metablism has slowed down so much. i think you have to eat at least 1000 every day but that is far too low if you're exercising. eat stuff thats high in fiber to fill you up. eat lots of vegies, beans, fruits, lentils etc...

Of course it's all right for you to eat the turkey sandwich.
(Please note that "all right" is two words.)
If you're trying to lose weight, I wouldn't put mayonnaise
on the sandwich, but I'd put mustard instead and maybe
some lettuce. But the turkey sandwich should do you good.
Enjoy!

Absolutely. If you starve your self all the time, your not going to enjoy your diet. Don't kill your self, it's okay to eat every now and then ;)
