well, as the previous people have said, yes you can. However, thawing it takes some work. I do not recommend a microwave since it could actually cook it and you could end up drying it out. The best way is to let it thaw and then warm it or if you're in a hurry, dump it into a small pot and add enough water to cover the bottom. Just turn the heat about halfway between off and medium and watch to make sure it doesn't burn, which the water will help with. Then once it's the desired temp, enjoy.

Put the leftover gravy in an icetray and freeze then remove the frozen ice cubes of gravy and put them in a ziplock bag;
for quick gravy just nuke a cube for 30 seconds,
or reheat slowly or add to soup and stews as thickener or flavoring.You can make gravy in 5 mins so why bother? well you might not be there to make it.A friend may need some gravy and BOOM instant gravy, not as good a fresh but passable right? LOL!

Absolutely. When you thaw it out thaw it most of the way in the fridge (give it a day). Then put it in a saucepan and heat it over medium heat, stirring often. When it gets all the way hot it will return to normal gravy consistency. Don't be surprised if it seems to be a bad consistency before it gets heated through.

Yes, I freeze sauces and gravys all the time in double zip lock baggies and thaw in a bowl of warm dripping water.
If you have a 0º F or lower freezer it'll keep for a year!

Yes. Thaw in the frig, not the microwave or it will clump and have burnt spots in it.

You can, but it may separate or go rancid, over long times.
