Suppose the voltage source is disconnected and a resistor whose value is equal to the motor resistance is connected across the motor terminals. It the motor is spun at 40 rad/s, what will be the voltage measured across the motor terminals? Compute this voltage.

I don't get it. What exactly are you asking? Do you mean radians/second? Isn't that an odd measurement of rotation speed? Why not revolutions? Or do you mean rads as in the obsolete measurement of radiation exposure? That would make no sense.
