its old, idk if its this so called "toast", or mold or what, but its quite old, i just dont want to get sick.... what should i do?

if its been opened before this, dont drink it, but if it has never been opened, just shake it up, and chug it down, lol

Lol; first of all whiskey doesn't age in the bottle. Your Black Velvet is no better now than it was in '85. Secondly, it's freaking Black Velvet. Can't get a whole lot lower on the whiskey ladder...

Yeh of course, go for it. (I wouldn't though). Seriously though, turn it upside down once before you open, as whiskey can settle and depending on the age could potentially be poisonous. Don't drink it alone anyway!

I don't know what to tell you. Alcohol usually kills germs and such, so maybe you could just strain it out and drink it any way.
