It would be ripped to shreds by the violent sandstorms which roam the planet.

Not all the christians are persecuted. But outspoken, active christians who try to spread the gospel and to convince other people of morality issues, of doing the right thing, or people who openly oppose corruption on all levels, are SURELY and DEFINITELY blacklisted. Their persecution is yet more subtle. The moment a person is uncomfortable in a pagan society or "christian" only by name, their life becomes a living hell. Someone or more people who are in the ruling position send out community snitches who spread lies about you, severe lies, that you are a prostitute or a pedophile, or a dangerous person, or a criminal, or something really, really bad.You will never be openly persecuted, but you will wonder that so many strangers just stare at you, cast you a defiant and spiteful glance, point at you and avoid you.You will be made DELIBERATELY feel a worthless, unwanted and crazy "worm", yet you have done nothing wrong. Those snitches are sent after you to intimidate you, to wait for you, walk beside you, chase you by car every day and everywhere you go.If you report them to the police, you are labelled crazy and sent to psychiatric facility.if you don't tell anyone what is really going on, more and more people will be approached, infected by those snitches with lies, and turned against you.The big question is WHY? The answers are 2: 1. You have made your point about morals and christianity, being through your own model someone in authority to convince more people quit their wrong ways, e.g. a spiritual leader; 2. They cannot execute you without first turning all the people against you, so that they will always remain in the shadow as well-intended democratic and trustworthy authority. This is really, really sad.Unbelievable but true.

And if you drop 2001 A Space Odyssey on the Moon you'll make a monolith. Serious. Go try it!

I think you are obviously trolling. Nobody could be that stupid. Then again, a lot of people believe the bible is inerrant and is God's word... maybe you aren't trolling after all. The answer is No.

It will be interesting to when we discover life on other planets, and how everyone's faith will be impacted.
Personally I have no problem with believing God created multiple universes or even extra-terrestrials....
But I think the Catholic Church would!!

I don't believe we can land on Mars. Something about gases. Anyway, if we can't land, how can we drop a Bible, unless we shoot one there from the spaceship. Yeah that's it. That's the ticket.

That'd be nuts!
Theoretically, I don't think there would be much conflict. Much conflict is over land and resources. Martian humans would have totally different needs than earthly humans and vice versa, so there would really be no reason to fight.

I have never heard this. And could not even begin to imagine that anyone else does, either.
