I would not consider buying diet tablets unless you speak to a doctor 1st as they have serious side affects.

I tried Leptopril. I dropped 5 pounds like immediately. However (and it is a tremendous however) the stuff has a lot caffeine that it screwed with my head for the first day or so. AND it in actual fact give up working after the primary couple of days, but on the time I did not have a usual pastime pursuits or a consistent food regimen. Use with caution. And this goes for all the stuff available in the market. Some of it really works and some would not, and the fine you can hope for is a little, temporary metabolic raise in the event you use it with (as you know) eating regimen and recreation. If you happen to don't already, add strength/weight training to your activity pursuits. Muscle burns extra energy, even at rest, than fats. When you construct muscle you will enhance your metabolism. Excellent needs.

Diet pills are a corporate con to milk as much money as possible from people who are desperate to believe in a miracle cure.
Healthy diet and regular exercise is the ONLY way to safely lose weight, and keep it off.

I am not sure if there is an age limit but before you buy, look into it. I saw a news article about it and how it works - if you eat even a small amount of fat, you get major cramps, diarrhea, etc. Just thought you should know.

For all diet drugs, you have to be 18, mainly because it is not tested or approved for use in people under 18.
