There is a 'knot' behind my left ear. I have checked my mom and dad and they have BUMPS not KNOTS, and my 'knot' has many characteristics of a tumor, it is hard and tender. my parents say that it is a swollen node. WHAT IS IT PLEASE HELP ME it bothers me immensly every time I get a haircut

oh i have one of these, i don't think its harmful though.
they can be if they affect your ear or hearing, but mine doesn't.
mine is behind my right ear lol.
the doctor told me it was just liquid or something, its not harmful, and i doubt its cancer.
and i'm pretty sure we have the same problem don't worry about it.
maybe he told me it was a cyst.

go to the doctor and have it chechked out
