The Bible plainly teaches that Jesus died on the cross to pay for the sins of the whole world. The whole world includes Osama Bin Laden. However, I do understand why the relatives of the people who died on 9-11-01 may not accept the fact that God can forgive the most vilest of men.

Your view?

Anyone can be forgiven, although it is unlikely that a person like Bin Laden would ever come to that point. Not impossible, but not probable.

To say that someone is too evil to be forgiven is an insult to the what Jesus did on the cross. He didn't die for good people, he didn't die for only slightly sinful people, He died for everyone.

Osama Bin Laden is mentioned in 13:3 One of the heads appeared to have a fatal wound but the wound had healed. The whole world marvelled after the beast. Also the two beasts at the end of time seem to describe him in different guises. See the prophesy of St. Malachi.

If Osama repents and accept Jesus, God will still forgive his sins. But that does not mean that Osama can escape the punishments for being a terrorist.

He is still subjected to the jurisdiction of the land he stays.

All things like this are possible with God. BUT, will likely never happen because it takes the desire of the sinner to be forgiven by God. These people are almost the opposite of God and therefore to totally turn for them would be almost a miracle.

As already noted, the apostle Paul or Saul changed and became one of the greatest preachers ever.

I believe it's up to the individual, they have to want forgiveness to receive it.

If Osama Bin Laden follows a false prophet he'll never ask God for forgiveness in order to be forgiving.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son to die on the cross.

Acts 13:38
"Therefore, my brothers, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you.

the belief of forgiveness is a matter of faith in god's qualities. it is hard for men to understand how god can let things like 9-11 happen in the first place, and then be able to forgive if the sinners repent.

Don't take this as it seems, but, the very wicked are condemmed.
Should bin Ladin turn around from his deeds, then good.
But if not, God will take care of him for us, and all he has hurt.
