I'm 18 years old. Male.

Back in May, I weighed 156. It's now September. I now weigh 149 1/2. What happened? My body still looks the same. But the scale says I've lost a lot of weight.

My mom says I'm looking skinnier in the waist, chest, and shoulders. I haven't been eating lunch at school. I wait until after school to eat.

I skip breakfast in the morning and I don't eat until around 10am. I usually buy pop tarts at school for Brunch.

Probably just the male changes in your body plus the not eating so you're loseing weight and muscle mass by not eating. Your body will eat muslce mass if it doesn't get fed enough.

It isn't really that dramatic of a wieght loss considering it has happend over a 4 month period. If you are concerned about it start eating fruit and toast or something in the morning. Eating breakfast has the effect of making you hungrier throughout the day. Try snacking or mini meals if you can't eat 3 times a day. I would be concerned if this weight loss had happend in a much shorter time span. You could add an extra 500 calories a day with a protien shake and probably maintain your wieght easily.

When I was struggling to gain wieght, I ate a 2 sliced bannans with cream and sugar at night before bedtime. It worked for me.

If you tried to reduce (skipping breakfast & lunch, taking just a small brunch), you have succeeded.
You have not mentioned your height. If your body looks the same and you don't have any problem, it's OK.
All the best!

That is nothing to be concerned about. Weights change day to day and even during the day, depending on how much you ate, drank (water), and how much waste products you have in your body. It can easily vary 3 to 5 pounds from highest to the lowest.

You are comparing your weight from 4 months ago. There is no cause for alarm.

apparently, it's not normal! mine is 60kg, sometimes it's 59 or 61 but your's.... hmm.. check your scale bro, maybe it has the prob LOLZ. Maybe you look the same but your muscles and fats inside are lessen, is it possible? i dunno. maybe you have a good bone structure

and hey, stop skipping meals, or skipping it all, i've than that before and i suffered from ulcer. you can skip lunch, but have few bites for your breakfast. sometimes having an empty stomach can also cause BAD BREATH,i think the acids in our stomach causes that, when they do not have something to burn
