Most of us call those "take-out restaurants." Boston Market is a good quick one to look for. Check your Yellow Pages.
Many grocery stores' deli counters do offer full meals to go. You usually need to order them a day or two in advance. They have several different choices, especially as we get closer to the holiday season. Find large chain stores and ask there. Most stores in the Kroger chain or the Safeway chain will do that, and many others as well.

Some places like Whole Foods offer prepared meals. Or, are you looking for catering? Try the deli counter of your local market for that- most of them will do it.
