I feel like I have a soar throat coming on and a runny nose. How do I stop this cold before it gets worse?

your jsut going to have to let it run it's course. you can't exactly stop it. but take a lot of vitamin C to help speed it up.

Try to not drink an excessive amount of sizzling beverages, cos it is going to soften phlegm and makes you sneeze or cough, however this can be a well alleviation for flue. Try a few cough candy and take a look at no longer too act fairly uncomfortable!!! Good Luck!!!
