One should remember the Tower of Babel story in Genesis 11...man only had ONE word/language until god came down and CONFUSED it...at least according to the biblical scriptures. This was in the generation of Noah's children.

One of the OT prophesies...
In Zephaniah 3:9 it says that man will speak in ONE voice again at the 'day of judgment' and all will praise god.

I dont believe that God has a voice no
but if he did .... there is no reason I can think of that his voice would be English
after all the belief in the biblical God began in the middle east

but i would imagine that if God has a voice it will be understood by all
and I wouldn't imagine that there are any mental disabilities in the next life

" So we have the prophetic message more fully confirmed. You will do well to be attentive to this as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts. First of all you must understand this, that no prophecy of scripture is a matter of one’s own interpretation, because no prophecy ever came by human will, but men and women moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God." 1st Peter 1:19-21

once we are in Heaven, all is perfect. I do not have the Biblical verses to go with that statement, and prolly wouldn't give them to you at the risk of sounding like a Bible-thumper, but God speaks all languages, and in heaven, people with disabilities, would nto have them anymore once they get to Heaven.

There's nothing in the Bible that details that question. What we do know is that God speaks 'your' language.

As for how we will hear and understand in heaven, I believe it's a question whose answer is too far beyond our understanding. It's a spiritual world.

Yes, God knows all languages, He created them - Genesis 11:7. God doesn't need vocal communication skills. One of Gods names is Heart Knower, He knows what is in your heart and He knows what we think. If we tune into the Holy spirit we can communicate to Him in this way. One reason atheists don't believe in Him is because they never stopped to learn His ways.

If there's no sin in Heaven, and even a baby can play with a serpent, I am not really worried about this very much? Will you be there?
Beause Jesus died to save your soul, too.
