Nothing if they are smart. Man has no effect on the climate, we're that insignificant.

I am a Municipal Offical in Marshall, Tx. I manage a WasteWater Treatment plant. We are not currently and do not plan to in the immediate future combate "Global Warming." To the best of my knowlegde the State has no plans to force the city to combat Global Warming. The City has not nor do I think it needs to recognize Global Warming as a problem.

Make the shops sell stay christmas trees (no longer fakes) supply you greater funds in case you recycle close down some fossil gas flora and open some renewable source flora Ban steam boats in specific components Plant greater trees in all varieties of places Have highway tax to motivate people to no longer use a vehicle generally (no longer on highways, purely for community roads you need to stroll on) Donate greater funds to international Warming scientists to help study techniques to wrestle international Warming

One of the most beneficial things I've seen done is when cities replace their fleet cars, they are buying some of the new hybrid vehicles. This helps to support the research and development as well as the costs of production. Kansas City did this a while back with 1/3 of their fleet cars. Because of their cost, many private individuals can't afford them, but the manufacturers need to see them in actual use to improve them.

Nothing, as a matter of fact our wonderfully literate president has done everything he can do and more to keep this quiet.

Ther is nothing we can do to reverse it, we can do things to slow it down though. But really noone alive now cares much at all since it will be at least three genrations before the real problems begin. If we act now we can make this happen in four or five genrations. But as it stands it will happen...

People will become more and more divided on this issue and they will take sides. Perhaps this is the best scenario for a civil war yet.
