He can't it just made up. God is God and Jesus is a child of God like we all are. I don't know what the hell the holy ghost is supposed to be. I guess it makes God more powerful and scary if he is three things rolled into one.

Actually the way you word your question makes it impossible to answer... your last "part of God" is not true. Jesus is not really "part of God." God the Son came to earth as the particular human being Jesus.
Before the world (or perhaps better "universe") was created, God alone existed. And God existed in perfect love and relationship. That is, God's divinity was the perfect community of love. The name of this God has been revealed to the world as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
So we may say that the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Holy Spirit is God, but the Father is not the Son, the Son is not the Spirit, and the Spirit is not the Father.
Each must be truly God or else they become something other than God. But each is distinct (not separate) from the other.
The Father, Son and Holy Spirit exist in perfect love which overflows and the universe, including humanity is created. Humanity chooses less than what God desires and falls. At the right time, the Father sends the Son who becomes incarnate (by the Holy Spirit and Mary) as Jesus of Nazareth.
Jesus is the Son, who has limited his divinity so as not to overpower his humanity. His human nature and divine nature coexist in perfect union, so we may truly speak of Jesus as the Son who has come into the world.
Peace.

He isn't. The God-Head are 3 seperate and distinct beings which work towards the same purpose.
You have God the Father, God the Son (Jesus Christ) and God the Holy Ghost. The Father and Son both have bodies of flesh and bone, and the Holy Ghost is a spirit. Jesus wasn't praying to himself in the garden, now was he?

Jesus was the man endowed with the Christ, the Son of God. In this manner Jesus had power with God. The seeming mortal body Jesus used to reveal Truth to mankind was not God, for God is Spirit and could never be mortal or material. The image and likeness of God is not subject to death, for it has no life of its own, therefore what was put on the cross to die was not God, but was Jesus, The Christ, who died, but could not be killed. Jesus gave the final proof.

Son of God = God the Son.
I understand that you don't understand.
God the Son, humbled himself to become man. The almighty became mortal. The means by which he did this are explained thoroughly in the Bible.
Suffice it to say that God is not comprehensible fully to the mortal mind. If he were, then one of two things would have to be true: I would be God, or God would be finite.
Neither is true.
God is not finite, and I am not God. So, I accept what he reveals to me; the comprehensible is understood and the rest I must accept by faith.
Consider that God is far greater and higher above me than I am above my dog. My dog does not understand my world. It just knows me and accepts that I'm coming home with some cool food.
In a similar way, I trust God will give me good things.

God the Father begat his Son a life unto himself. John 5:26
The Son is the expressed image of the Father. His will in only that of his Father. The Father made the Son God over all creation, through giving him his Holy Spirit without measure. The Father filled the Son with his Spirit. And by the Son, and through the Son by the will of the Father, all things were created. Jesus was begotten of the Father in the beginning. Jesus was begotten of the Father even before the creation of the heavens and the earth. Our salvation was established even before the fall of mankind.
So Jesus has the full authority of the Father, by having the Spirit of his Father in him without measure.
So all things came into being by the will of the Father through the Son by the ministry of his Holy Spirit. Praise God.
What a wonderful maker.

When the edict that 'Jesus' was divine came out in 325CE at the Nicean council, it spurred almost 200yrs of further debate. Much of which is held today is merely decisions that were voted upon from those 'early' councils.
325CE Council of Nice Promotion of the Goodman: Christ is Divine
366CE Damasus I makes it heresy to question nature of Christ and other doctrinal points as decreed at Nicea.
380CE Theodosius reinforces Damasus I's decree and makes it illegal for believers to question church doctrine.
One should note that the ONLY punishment for heresy at the time was DEATH.
381CE First Council of Constantinople drew up a dogmatic statement on the Trinity and defined Holy Spirit as having the same divinity expressed for the Son by the Council of Nicea 56 years earlier.
431AD Ecumenical Council of Ephesus denounced the teachings of Nestorius (d. 451), who argued that Christ had completely separate human and divine natures.
451 AD Ecumenical Council of Chalcedon voted that Christ is simultaneously "truly man and truly God."
One really though only need look at the OT idoltry law for clearification though...
Deut 4:15-16 You saw no form of any kind the day the LORD spoke to you at Horeb out of the fire. Therefore watch yourselves very carefully, so that you do not become corrupt and make for yourselves an idol, an image of any shape, whether formed like a man or a woman...(the text continues naming other possible forms). Since 'Jesus' would be a human form---by definition the concept would be an idol.

The trinity doctrine continues to confuse people. If they would stick to God's word, then they won't be confused. Is Jesus God? No. At John 10:36, he told his enemies: "I am God's Son. Who did Jesus say God was? At John 17:3, he said in prayer to his Father: "This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ."
Didn't those two scriptures clear up the confusion?
Jesus is not God, but God's Son. John 10:36
Jesus Father, Jehovah is the ONLY true God. John 17:3
If you need more proof, let me know.

Jesus Christ... when born and lived His life on earth...He was God in the flesh...Jesus represented God in the Flesh....God is our Father in Heaven.....and is also a Holy Spirit. Do you understand now? God wanted to show us how much He loved us...by giving His Son to us on Earth to teach us about our Father in Heaven...and to show us how much He loved us....He sent Jesus His son (who represented God) to die on the cross to allow us who believe in Him, to have a home in heaven with Him. Jesus IS at the right hand of God in heaven. There is no way through to the Father, but by Jesus His Son!!

HE CANNOT BECAUSE:
There is no such thing as the Trinity, This is largest lie that Satan uses to keep people from knowing who the True God is, if he can do this, he's got you.
He has cleverly kept a large proportion of mankind in darkness by means of false religion, making them think that they are serving God. Lacking in accurate knowledge of God and in love for truth, they may be attracted by mystical and emotional religious services or be impressed by powerful works.
“Concerning that day and hour nobody knows, neither the angels of the heavens nor the Son, but only the Father.” (Matthew 24:36) How do these words confirm that Jesus is not Almighty God?
Jesus says that the Father knows more than the Son does. If Jesus were part of Almighty God, however, he would know the same facts as his Father. So, then, the Son and the Father cannot be equal. Yet, some will say: ‘Jesus had two natures. Here he speaks as a man.’ But even if that were so, what about the holy spirit? If it is part of the same God as the Father, why does Jesus not say that it knows what the Father knows?
1st of all Jesus said: He pointed to God as the Source of his life, saying, “I live because of the Father.” According to the context, this meant that his life resulted from or was caused by his Father, even as the gaining of life by dying men would result from their faith in Jesus’ ransom sacrifice.
Jesus’ being called the “only-begotten Son” does not mean that the other spirit creatures produced were not God’s sons, for they are called sons as well. However, by virtue of his being the sole direct creation of his Father, the firstborn Son was unique, different from all others of God’s sons, all of whom were created or begotten by Jehovah through that firstborn Son. So “the Word” was Jehovah’s “only-begotten Son” in a particular sense,
Jesus is also “Mighty God” and “Eternal Father.” This does not mean that he usurps the authority and position of Jehovah, who is “God our Father.” (2 Corinthians 1:2) “He [Jesus] gave no consideration to a seizure, namely, that he should be equal to God.” (Philippians 2:6) He is called Mighty God, not Almighty God. Jesus never thought of himself as God Almighty, for he spoke of his Father as “the only true God,” that is, the only God who should be worshiped. (John 17:3;
Rev. 1:1; 3:14, RS: “The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him, why did God have to give the revelation to Jesus, if he is God? .
Does the Bible teach that none of those who are said to be included in the Trinity is greater or less than another, that all are equal, that all are almighty? Mark 13:32, RS: “Of that day or that hour no ones knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.” (Of course, that would not be the case if Father, Son, and Holy Spirit were coequal, comprising one Godhead. And if, as some suggest, the Son was limited by his human nature from knowing, the question remains, Why did the Holy Spirit not know?)
John 14:28, RS: “[Jesus said:] If you loved me, you would have rejoiced, because I go to the Father; for the Father is greater than I.”
1 Cor. 11:3, RS: “I want you to understand that the head of every man is Christ, the head of a woman is her husband, and the head of Christ is God.” (Clearly, then, Christ is not God, and God is of superior rank to Christ. It should be noted that this was written about 55 C.E., some 22 years after Jesus returned to heaven.

God has created the Universe, God is running the Universe. God will destroy the Universe. God is the Origin of Universe. God is the Destination of Universe. Spirit can neither be created nor be destroyed. It moves from one body to another. Your body dies, not spirit. Your spirit gets new body after death, based upon your actions in this life. Your target is to make your spirit pure, so that it can merge in Super Spirit (God). Remember wherever there is Happiness in Life, there will be Sorrow. To get Happiness, you must master Sorrow.
