I haven't eaten a full meal for 2 days, but I want something light but something to satisfy my stomach what should I eat?

Is it serious if I have a bad headache and stiff neck?
I can barely stand up.

Bad headache and stiff neck? Do you have a fever too? If you do, you need to go to the ER RIGHT AWAY. (It could be meningitis, and you do NOT want to mess with that!)

If you just have a stomach bug, try something like oatmeal or some crackers or plain rice, pasta or noodles - they're light on the stomach and if they come back up, they won't do too much damage to your taste buds. No citrus juices, nothing greasy, spicy, or dairy either.

Go to your doctor now. You can dehydrate. Try some Diet 7Up or Diet Sprite first. Then maybe chicken noodle soup and crackers. But go to the doctor. It could be serious.

poor girl.
eat plain cooked rice. I know this is boring, but it is one of the easiest things on your stomach and it will be filling.
remember, if you've been throwing up so much your neck hurts, your stomach lining and your esophagus are probably raw!

I'm not a doctor, but if you are throwing up, my doctor has always told me to at least drink plenty of fluids, so that you don't dehydrate. And you probably SHOULD see a doctor (or at least call yours.)

Try a drink of milk.

If your symptoms persist another day, seek medical advice.
