I can think of many, just not right off the top of my head. I want a list.
Which ones are you sick of seeing?
Out of these, which ones are yet to be answered adequately and which are not even worth asking?
I'm talking about any question here, whether the asker be Christian, atheist, Muslim, etc.
My question is spurred from another question I just saw about questions that need to be killed.
I propose that there be a FAQ sub-section within the R&S section, a doctrine of sorts. The "similar questions" function seems to be ineffective in deterring repetitive questions. I do realize many questions are asked just to get a reaction out of people and may be asked again and again for entertainment value. I am not necessarily saying we should eliminate these repetitive questions and inhibit free speech or press. I just think the most frequently asked questions shoud be listed on here like a bulletin.

Any variation of Pascal's Wager and any question about evolution posted in R&S (here's a hint- the asker never really wants to learn about evolution). Although both have value as a drinking question.

I am often amazed at how often we get the same questions, usually just in order to irritate someone. My own pet peeve is the "Atheists: If you died and faced Jesus, would that make you repent?" Or "Aren't you worried about going to hell?" Or the one which is actually Pascal's Wager: well, why not be a Christian just in case it is true?
Some people simply cannot get their head around the concept that some people do not believe in any god at all. No, more positive than that: believe that there is no such thing as God. Most of them also do not believe in any sort of afterlife, but some acknowledge there might be reincarnation or some other level of existence, but argue that the Christian concept of God seems irrational.
I personally feel it is acceptable to use gods and goddesses as myth and metaphor, helpful in making a point, sort of like Aesop's fables. You don't have to believe they are physically real to appreciate the images and what they represent.

I'm tired of seeing questions that are just rephrased versions of Pascal's Wager, such as "How do atheists live without God?" or "Aren't you atheist afraid you'll go to hell?" Half the time they aren't legitimate questions, just someone baiting, but it gets tiresome, rather like someone bugging me about why I don't believe in Santa.
*Edit* Your idea would require that Yahoo improve the filter which picks out 'similar' questions. Half the time the questions it brings up as similar to the one you are posting, have nothing to do with the topic you're addressing. I'm sure they could fix it though...

Pascal's Wager of course.
What's an Agnostic?(Sadly, when that one's asked it's answered 100 different ways. I'm agnostic and have "modified" my definition of it over time)
I get tired of one-sided questions about Seperation of Church & State. I know that I won't convince many of the close-minded out there, but I keep trying just in case one person might understand that it's a good thing.

Probably any question creationists ask about evolution. They're just trying to make it seem implausible, but they usually just get made fun of.
Some favorites:
"If we came from monkeys why are there still monkeys?"
"How can you believe evolution happened when it hasn't even been proved?"
"How could (Insert species here) have evolved?"
"How can you deny God's existence?"etc.

"Why do non-(Whatever) ask and answer questions on here. Why don't you leave us alone?"
that's a good one. Also,
"When will you get a clue and accept Christ"
and
Anything to do with a person with a different faith from the asker either having no morals/scruples and/or being condemmed for eternity.

The "Why can't you all just learn to accept and take Jesus into your heart" questions. i respect that some people believe this, but i'm sorry, they ARE NOT going to make me become a devout Christian.

I'm rather sick of people asking each other to PROVE the validity of their faith (or lack thereof) over another.
I'm sick of people trolling for controversy.
I'm sick of seeing people attack one another's beliefs (or lack thereof) by posing as members of a faith and posting stupid questions.
