When it became more mediocre.
This was when Blair decided to support Bush.
Now it is just "Ok Britain" instead!!

It never has been.
Great Britain is the geographical term for the largest island of the British Isles.
People use the word Britain as a short form of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland which is the full name of the sovereign state.
