You are not a perv. It would be a hard thing (no pun intended) NOT to notice. I'm a married woman and I would probably look too.

No...it is not wrong to look. But, you should be aware that what she is doing is a cheap trick to draw your attention, and the attention of every other male in the room. She is obviously in need of such low level attention to feel good about herself. It is a sign of either immaturity, or low self-esteem. Either way, probably not someone you want to get closer to for any kind of real relationship.

Anytime I went out in short shorts it was because I wanted to be noticed. It's kinda like fishing for compliments.

For one thing, a girl wearing short shorts WANTS you to look (in my opinion) otherwise, she'd be more cautious about how short her pants are. Second, it is natural for a man to look, but lewd if you stare. It's a mixed message being sent (in my opinion). lol

well...if she notices she might think its wrong...i think its wrong but after all....the girl wore the short shorts..she should expect to be looked at..especially at a gym
