Namaha +Thay=Namasthay (namaste)--Thay =for you---Namaha= my salutations--Namasthe=My salutations for you.The hand gesture(Silent communication called Yoga "Mudra") for this Namasthe is called "Anjali Mudra"--You keep all the five fingers of the palms of both the hands closely, then press the inner palms tightly,in such a way that the thumb of left hand presses against the thumb of right hand---this way all the five fingers in each hand pressing against the corresponding finger of the other hand--in the pressed manner you keep both palms against the chest, in such a way both the thumbs touch the chest and all the finger tips directed towards the sky and say then "Namasthe".
You can see the website to see a picture of Anjali mudra:-
