Well...I'd be more than happy to join the many brothers and sisters who are taking your friend's need and lifting them up before the King's throne!
I don't know if the cath ahs already been performed. If not, I'll be asking God to lead the cardiologist and guide his hand. To give him a calm heart and the wisdom to know what is exactly needed.
I also want to ask our King to have His angels minister to your friend as he recovers from the procedure. May there be no complications, and may God HImself, the Great Physician see your friend heals completely and with no complications.
And not to forget his family either. May the Living God wrap them in His arms and give them a sense of peace throughout all of this, a calmness they have never felt, and to have the sense of assurance that all wll be fine.

Sorry, I was away when you posted this. I will and do pray for your friend.
Dear God and Father in Heaven, you know what I am praying before I start. Take the moanings of my heart and the touched feeling I have for this person and take the person through the test. May it show either no problem or that the problem can be repaired. Be with the spiritual side of this person also. Send someone to take the knowledge they need to be your child and help them to feel a binding to you as they come to learn of you and obey your plan for their life. Bless both of them as the test is done. Comfort them. Heal as only YOU can, Dear God and Father of all. I come to you through Jesus my Lord. Amen

You can count on it!!
EDIT: This is a heartfelt request, and I don't mind at all saying a prayer for you. And I see many others fulfilling your request.
But what I find disgusting and cowardly about a few of the answers here, the ones that won't pray for you. First of all, they don't even have to answer. Secondly, even if they do answer, they don't have to be cowardly heathens about it. You're not telling, or forcing anyone to pray. It's merely a request.
It says a lot about their character, though, doesnt it?

Those who believe in prayer and believe in the power of prayer have no problem joining with you and on one accord agreeing that your best friend will have a successful surgery tomorrow. It is with the love of God and the Power of the blood of Jesus and all that he accomplished on the cross that I believe in healing and complete and total restoration of your friend's health. I also pray for those family members who will be with your friend and for you, who obviously loves this person very much to even ask others to be in agreement with you. It takes faith to step out and ask and the Word says that if you ask in His name, He will hear you and will answer you. I thank Him for all he is doing for your friend right now. In Jesus name.

Father we come to you in faith asking that you please provide peace and comfort as the heart cath is performed tomorrow. Comfort both family and friends as the doctors perform the necessary surgery. We know where two or three are gathered in your name that you will be in their midst...we also know all things are possible to those that believe. So Lord turn this test of faith into a testimony for you. We ask all these things in your precious son Jesus’ name. Amen.
