I BELIEVE THAT ON PRINCIPLE U GUYS R RIGHT, BUT WHERE THERES A WILL THERES A WAY.
EITHER MYLIC ISNT SUSPENDED OR THEY DONT RUN IT PEOPLE.

No, they don't run it. But, somewhere in the fine print of the rental contract, it will say that you need to have a valid license. If you do not, and you sign the rental contract, then you are GUILTY OF FRAUD and you could be sued for it if they find out. Also, the insurance on the car won't be valid if your license is suspended, so YOU will be stuck with the bill if anything happens.

Just because you don't get caught doesn't mean it's allowed.

Who did you rent from? Let me tell them you do not have insurance because your licence is suspended. See how long you stay off that bicycle in the garage. If you crash out and your licence is suspended The cops will run your licence do not pass GO directly to Jail.
Your a scofflaw and when you least expect it! Blue light's will turn on! And you type in caps. Watch out it is the cop's!
