The feeling kind of comes and goes, not really sure what is and it feels like my stomach is "growling" a lot. Any thoughts?

Definitely sounds as if it may be reflux or hiatus hernia or ulcer. Sounds like an acid related incident doesnt it. Does NOT sound like anything related to your heart if that is what you are concerned about. When you get this growling feeling you must put something into your stomach immediately - that will fix that. But you should see a health professional really. I have all these symptoms and have had for 20years or so and I am female. You will be ok. But see your doctor.

Nice and vague with the symptoms.........
Could it just be indigestion???? Or hunger????? Or even reflux and ulcer????
Then again you may be having a heart attack...........
