Theres this guy and he's the most annoying, perverted person ever and he likes me. He kept saying those lame things like "Is it hot? Or did you just walk by" and its annoying! I got off the bus today and as i left he said good bye sweetie and i screamed at him saying he;s a perv. Can you guys help me find a nice way to make him stop talking/annoying/liking me?? PLease Help!!!!!

OK...there is no nice way to stop a creep like this. 'Nice' does not work with this kind of guy.
1.If he does it a school you can tell on him to who ever is in charge
2.You could try to avoid him
3.You could Ignore him.
Though your best option is to tell him off when he says something. So if he says it's hot...you just say 'you must have old lady hot flashes'.
