Actually Miss Mocha Latte is wrong. Puerto Rico's drinking age is 18, beleive me I have family there & been there plety of times. Plus PR has tons of nightlife too for you to go drink & have fun. & believe me they even let younger than 18 drink at parties & festivals, not bars though. Also many of the other caribbean islands are 18 too & so is Mexico.

Most Caribbean islands no problem as long as you don't look or act twelve years old you will get served. If you are staying at an AI where you get a kiddy bracelet that would be different. In Canada by the way it varies depending on the province. Ontario is 19.
