So, I am a 14 year old who weighs about 142.2 pounds, Iw ould like to lose about 20-30 pounds, will I start to see results if I change my eating ways (Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grain rice/bread, just that kind of thing) And excerisie daily? I would be using my air climber. Which is a stepper that combines cardio/toning and all that good stuff in one. So will I be able to lose the weight over time with this schedule?

Yes.
There are good fat and bad fat. Vegetable oil, cron oil etc have good fat called essential fatty acids that belong to unsaturated fat (has double bonds in their chemical structures). Animal fats are mostly bad fat or saturated fat. When you take good fats, they will help to get rid of bad fat. However, when you fry oil and foods, all fats become bad fats. Therefore, hamburger, fries, roasted nuts all have bad fats. They are very bad to your body not just to add more fats but to create hormone problems.
You are 142 LB, 14 years old. I do not know your height. however, if your height is 5'3.5"(160cm), your wieght should be 100-120LB. Take a target of 110LB!
For the fat percentage, you should have 18-24% body fat. Water percentage should be 56-62%. Find a scale that reads weight, fat and water%.
Try to eat enough foods so your body has enough energy to burn fats away. Balanced diet should include carbohydrates, protein, good fats and fibres.
For carb, avoid cakes. GRain products cooked in water (such as steamed rice) are best becuase they are high in anti-oxidants. Stop all the sweetened pops etc that comes with intrinsic white sugar. If you really need to eat ice cream, eat it after the meal. The absorption rate will be greatly reduced when you have lots of healthy foods already.
For proteins, animal proteins are quite effective. Just take the oily part away. Seafood is more efficient than meat for better absorption.
For fat, you "need to" take some salad oil such as corm oil, soy bean oil, canola oil or grapeseed oil etc. Olive oil is OK but not best because it has mostly Omega-9 (oleic acid, comes with one double-bond only). Daily suggestion is 20-30ml. If you can, eat some flax seed or flax seed oil. It is high in fibre, protein, omega-3 and phytohormones too.
One of the best way to lose fat is -d always drink soup before the meal.
Exercise - 30 minutes minumum per day, sweat and relax.
Running or biking are easiest and come with good result. WII sports is highly recommended. You can sweat in 5 minutes. Dancing pad is very effective if you can enjoy it.
Above plan is for you too lose bad fat. If you want to lose more weight, you can cut food intake by 30-50%. Make sure you have balance foods. I do not want you to get sick or side effects after losing weight.
I am sure you can do it within 2-3 months.

I think the way you are planning to do it is one of the most healthy ways! I'm so happy that your not just another teen wanting to lose weight by bolemia, or anorexia, or working themselves to death!
Just make sure you get protein, fiber, and iron too! Dont just pig out on fruits and veggies because meat is good for you too, just not in large portions.
Also, If you want to lose weight in your tummy area, you have to work your stomach muscles also, and not just your legs (by using the stepper). I would suggest doing crunches/sit-ups as well as working your legs. Make sure you know when to stop, and dont over-excersize or you can wear yourself out.
A few other tips: keep hydrated (it boosts metabolism by 3%), Get plenty of rest!!, and find what excersizes are right for you

A good balanced diet will definitely help,be careful about the fruit you eat, because some ,like grapes are really rich in sugar. exercise is a really good way also. Good luck!!

Yes. You will probably lose weight. How much you'll lose will depend on your current body composition (how tall you are, how much muscle and how much fat you have).
Consider using a system to help you reach your goal in a healthy way. I help people reach their weight management goals: http://my.transitionslifestyle.com/tour/index.html
